摘要 本文是文献[1]的推广和发展。对于多裂纹柱体的扭转问题,能用解析法解决的实例仅有为数很少的几个;而对于任意形状截面上存在任意多裂纹柱体的扭转问题,迄今未见有解析解。本文得到了这种任意多裂纹柱体扭转时的应力强度因子与柔度的关系式,用电磁涡流比拟[2]的实验方法测定柱体的抗扭刚度,从而得到了裂纹尖端的应力强度因子。实验结果表明本文提出的方法是有效的,并且极其简便。 The work in this paper is the extension to ref. [1]. For multi cracked prismatic shaft torsional problem, only few practice has been solved analytically, and no general solution has ever been found. In this paper, the relation betw-een the stress intensity factor of arbitrary crosssection multi-cracked prismatic torsional shaft and its flexibility was presented, the rigidity of the shaft was indicated experimentally by electromagnetic eddy current analogy method and thus the stress intensity factor at the crack tip was solved. The experimental result shows that the method introduced in this paper is effective and extremely convenient.
