摘要
本文分析我院经PTC、手术和病理证实,用双功超声诊断先天性胆管囊状扩张症11例Caroli's病,门静脉周围纤维化型5例;复合型6例。指出双功能超声诊断准确性高,并优于其他影像学检查,有助于Caroli's病与多囊肝的鉴别。我们认为双功能超声检查应做为先天性胆管囊状扩张症的首选方法。
Ultrasound diagnosis of 11 cases with Caroli's disease proved by operation and pathology were analyeed, There were two types of Caroli's disease according to the feature of uhrasonogram. Five cases of periportal fibrosis type (5/I1)and 6 cases of cambinative type (6/I1)were found. The diagnostic accuracy of US were 100%. It is suggested that the US is valuable to differentiate the Caroli's diseasefrom polycystic liver.
