摘要
本文报告了体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系结石312例经验总结,强调指出超声显像在体外震波碎石中起着重要作用。碎石前可确定结石部位、大小、是否有梗阻等;碎石中可连续观察碎石的全过程;碎石后可了解结石粉碎、排出情况及并发症等。具有无创、简便、快速、诊断准确及可反复多次检查等优点。
The experience of 312 cases of urinary calculi treated by ESWL was presented. The important value of ultrasonography for ESWL was emphasized. The location, size and shape of stone can be displayed before ESWL. Hydronephrosis could be easily detected too. The real—time ultrasonographic observation can be performed during ESWL. The effect and complication may be evaluated after ESWL. The procedure is simple, reliable, atraumatic and instantaneous, and may be used repeatedly.
