摘要
本文报告闪光针尖在超声导向穿刺中的应用结果。其针尖的清晰显示率(98.9%,71/72)明显高于普通针尖的显示率(42.4%,39/72)。本组72例中。肝脓肿20例,肝内占2位性病变19例,穿刺全获成功(100%);17/20肾脏穿刺和1/2例包裹性胸积液穿刺成功。闪光针尖克服了超声导向穿刺中针尖显示不良的缺点。
The application of the needle tip in the ultrasonic guide biopsy was reported. The dctectable rate of flashing needle tip was 98.8%(71/72)and higher than that of the conventional needle (42.4%,39/72). The biopsy was successful in 20 patients with liver abscess, 19 with liver mass, 2 with spleen abscess, 2 with pericardial effusion, 7 with peritoneal cavity bascess and others. It was also successful in 17 kidney biopsy of 20 patients and 1 of 2 encapsulated pleural effusion. The flashing needle tip has the advantage of easy detection over the conventional needle.
