摘要
本文报道4例睾丸女性化综合征的声像图表现。术前超声检查4例均清晰显示阴道结构,而无一例发现子宫及卵巢,其中3例显示双侧睾丸。文中讨论了超声诊断本病的临床意义和声像图鉴别方法。作者认为,实时超声在本病的诊断和鉴别诊断方面具有重要的临床意义。
The sonographic features of 4 cases with testicular feminization syndrome (TFS) were described in this paper. Results of ultrasonic examination showed that the image of vagina could be clearly visualized in all the four cases, however neither the uterus nor ovary could be found. Out of 4 cases with TFS, 3 cases showed the testis. The clinical significance of ultrasound and the methods of differential diagnosis in TFS with real—time ultrasound were discussed. We consider that real—time ultrasound is useful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of TFS.
