摘要
本文报道了食管胃外翻吻合方法,并对50例临床病例进行初步分析,认为该术式简便易行、术野暴露充分,吻合准确,可以有效地防止吻合口狭窄.基本能控制吻合口瘘、返流等并发症的发生.
The technig of everting suture was used in fifty esophagogastrostomies. It was performed in 27 cases of esophagous carcinoma and 23 cardiac careinomas and were followed up for 3-50 months. It was considered that this technic is simple and easy. Not only that the sutures can be secured but that the anastomotic stenosis could be efficiently prevented. And. the compileations, such as anastomotic leakage,regurgitation ect. could be prevented.
