摘要
为探讨有机磷农药中毒中医辨证分型的临床应用价值,本文报道将54例病人随机分成两组。第一组以中医辨证为指导,中西医结合治疗;第二组为对照组,采用常规西医治疗。结果显示中医辨证治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。作者认为:痰湿为本病病机关键,中西医结合治疗,有一定临床意义。
To explore the clinical value of TCM syndrome differentiation
in organophosphrous pesticide poisoning, 54 patients were randomly
divided into 2 groups. One group received combined treatment of
TCM and Western medicine based on TCM syndrome differentia-
tion, and the other was treated with routine Western drugs, The re-
sults show that the effect of treatment according to TCM syndrome
differentiation is much superior to that of Western drugs only (p<
0. 05). The author deemed that phlegm-dampness played a key role
in pathologic mechanism of this disease.
