摘要
本文是在头针法定点的基础上,采用双针法。通过102例治疗,总显效率80.4%,有效率99.0%。本组与单头针、体针、头针加体针四组针法共310例比较,以头双针法效果最好。实验证实,此法明显的提高皮温和耳垂脉搏波,明显改善血液循环,有利地调动皮层尚存功能,促进肢体运动的恢复。
The present treatment is based on the conventional head acupuncture,but double needling was employed.One hundred two cases of cerebral vascular accident(CVA)were treated with this method.Itwas found that the marked effective rate was80.4%,and the total effective rate was 99.0%.Acomparison was made among 310 cases treated withdouble head acupuncture,single head acupuncture,body acupuncture and the combination of head andbody acupuncture,respectively.The results showedthat double head acupuncture obtained the best effe-ct.Experimental observations prove that this methodcan remarkably elevate the skin temperature,streng-then the pulse wave in lobulus auriculae,improveblood circulation,and it is benefitial to motivatingremaining functions of the cerebral cortex and canspeed up the recovery of motor functions of the limbs.
