摘要
以针刺上星为主,随证配穴,选用补泻手法,在治疗荨麻疹、支气管哮喘,过敏性结肠炎和输液反应等方面,有较独特的疗效。治疗荨麻疹上星穴放血,配风池;支气管哮喘上星穴施泻法,配人中;过敏性结肠炎上星穴施补法,配关元;治疗输液反应上星穴施补法,配少商。
Shangxing point(DU23),prescribed as theprimary point,in combination with other pointsaccording to symptoms,is needled with reinforcing,reducing techniques,or with bleeding method fortreating urticaria,bronchial asthma,allergic colonitisand the reaction resulting from intravenous dripping.Specific therapeutic effects were obtained.The follow-ings are the combined supplementary points.Fengchi(GB20)with bleeding at Shangxing for urticaria;Renzhong(DU26)with reducing maneuver at Shangx-ing point for bronchial asthma;Guanyuan(RN4)with reinforcing manipulation at Shangxing pointfor allergic colonitis;and Shaoshang(LU11)withreducing maneuver at Shangxing point for reactiondue to intravenous dripping.
