摘要
丁胱亚磺酰亚胺(BSO)对小鼠EAC、U14、HepA、S37和B16具有明显的抑瘤作用,BSO在放射前30 min口服一次可增加小鼠肿瘤对放射的敏感性。BSO与其他化疗药物抑制小鼠肿瘤有一定的协同作用。
Buthionine sulfoximine(BSO) had significant inhibition againstEAC,U14,HepA,S37 and B16 in mice.BSO administered to mice orally 30min before radiation,could increase the sensitivity of tumors to radiation.Be-sides,it had some synergistic effect against mouse tumors.
