摘要
采用聚二甲基硅氧烷与硅树脂缩合而成的聚硅氧烷压敏胶为载体,将噻吗洛尔及其它辅料混合涂布成单层或多层经皮给药系统,研究了压敏胶对噻吗洛尔释药性能的影响。结果表明,聚硅氧烷压敏胶中的药物释放极慢,加入 Tween 80,PVPK 25,乳糖或 PEG 6000等水溶性致孔剂可以不同程度地加速释放。
A transdermal delivery system containing timolol was developed.The silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared by poly(dimethylsiloxane) andsilicone resin was used as vehicle,and then the drug was dispersed in the layer.The slow release rate might be improved by adding some water soluble materials,such as tween-80,PVP,lactose,etc.
