单纯静脉皮瓣和静脉动脉化皮瓣实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用兔耳背侧带中央动、静脉和前边缘静脉的岛状皮瓣,分别制成单纯静脉皮瓣和静脉动脉化皮瓣,并分为直接缝合组和半透膜隔离组,与传统皮瓣进行对照研究,探讨3种皮瓣血液灌流特点及对受区基底床依赖性的差异。结果表明,完全依靠血管蒂营养的传统皮瓣和静脉动脉化皮瓣均可存活,而单纯静脉皮瓣则不能存活。单纯静脉皮瓣处于一种低灌流的濒临坏死状态,而受区基底的血运及受区与皮瓣间血管重建的速度在皮瓣存活中起着重要作用。 Application of the island flap on the back of rabbit as a model, the central vessel and its anterior edge vein was perserved. We explored the features of the blood supply and the difference in the dependence of the recipient bed of pure venous flap, arteriolised venous flap and conventional flap. The result showed that the conventional flap and arteriloized venous flap could survive, but the pure venous flap could not. It was suggested that the pure venous flap was in an impending necrotic condition, therefore, the blood circulation of recipient bed and the rate of revascularization between the recipient bed and the flap seemed to play an important role in the survival of the flap.
