摘要
刑事被害人的心理损害是被害人心理学的一个重要研究课题,但由于受到当前以预防犯罪为主的刑事政策的影响,这一课题一直没有得到应有的重视。刑事被害人心理损害有明确的范围,分析研究其产生形成的原因和表现症状,在此基础上,提出制定相应的被害人援助方案。
While the study of mental injuries of the victims of crime is one of the most important thesis in the research of the psychology on victim, it has not been paid much attention to by most of the scholars under the influence of the current criminal policy which focuses on how to prevent the occurrence of crimes. This essay mainly discusses some fundamental problems in this field in order to promote more profound research on this thesis. In the beginning of the essay, the notion of mental injuries of the victims of crime is defined. Then the author analyzed the causation and symptoms of the injuries. Finally, some rescue programs are advanced by the author.
