摘要
报告尸体肾移植46例51次中,发生移植肾早期无功能6例,其中4例经继续血液透析及调整免疫抑制剂等处理后移植肾功能恢复,门诊随访;1例合并心衰、肺水肿死亡:另1例继发急性排斥、心衰死亡。作者就移植肾早期无功能的病因、诊断及处理进行了讨论。
Cadaveric kidney transplantations were carriedout in 46 cases(51 times)from May 1987 to May1991.Primary nonfunction in renal allografts(PNF)was observed in 6 patients.The reenal functionreturned to normal in 4 patients with the use ofimmunoinhibitors and hemodialysis.One patient diedof heart failure and pulmonary edema.Another diedof acute rejection and heart failure.The etiology ofPNF as well as its diagnosis and management wasdiscussed
