摘要
综述了我国铁路机车车辆工业目前的技术状况,从机车车辆的技术水平、工业的技术实力、引进及吸收国外技术、工艺水平等方面,总结了工业的技术进步;并从机车车辆产品的升级换代、技术改造、高新技术、开拓国内外市场等方面,提出了科技发展的重点。
With a summary of the technical progress that has been made in terms of technical level of locomotives and cars, technical strength of industry, introduction and application of foreign technology and technique level, the paper briefs on the current technical status of the Chinese railway locomotive and car industry. Proposals are made as to where to lay the emphasis in S&T development in the field of upgrading and generation—changing of loco and car, technical improvement, high and new technology and expanding the domestic and international market.
