摘要
以锂辉石为主要原料,配制了一系列热膨胀系数小于2×10^(-6)/℃,可施于低热膨胀坯体之上的低热膨胀釉。为了改善釉面效果,须加入至少5%的玻化助熔荆,钾长石或钾长石十滑石是有效的玻化助熔剂。研究结果表明,釉料中含Li_2O_4~8%便可制得低热膨胀釉。
A series of Spodumene based low-thermal-expansion glazes with expansion coefficient of low-
er than 2×10^(-6)/℃,available coating on low expansion bodies, have been prepared. To improve the
glaze suface outlooks, at least 5% flux additives should be added, of which feldspar or feldspar and
talc are the very effective ones. It is pointed out that the low-thermal-expansion glaze can be ob-
tained with 4~8% Li_2O in glaze batch.
