摘要
本文探讨了应用^(35)S-甲硫氨酸对SVDV和CB_5这两个相关病毒体内标记的条件,并对病毒不同感染时间和不同标记时间进行了对比。结果表明病毒感染时间是标记成功的最重要因素,相比之下标记时间并不重要。病毒感染与标记也可以同时进行。标记液至少可以反复使用3次。
Using 35S-methionine, the peptides of SVDV and CBs were labelled in vivo. There is a comparison between different infection time and between different labelling time. The result showed that to take different infection time for different viruses is necessary, and the infection time of the virus is the most important factor of label success The labellig time is notso important as compared. The infection and label of virus can be done at same time. The label solution is able to use three times at least.
