摘要
介绍一种由新型功率器件IGBT构成的开关电源的工作原理 ,讨论了主要器件IGBT ,桥路电容以及快速二极管的选择问题 。
A switching power supply composed of new type of IGBT and its working principle is introduced.How to select IGBT,bridge's capacitors and speedy diodes is discussed and the experimental rsults are shown in the paper.
