马尘肺研究——环境浮尘的卫生学测定与矿物学分析

摘要 用重量法和光镜分别对金塔、安西和敦煌三县市的马厩浮尘和安西风沙浮尘进行了浓度和分散度测定。安西马厩浮尘浓度为34.79mg/m^3,43.7%尘粒小于5μm;金塔马厩浮尘浓度为27.04mg/m^3,62.4%小于5μm;敦煌马厩浮尘浓度为40.52mg/m^3,60.0%小于5μm;安西风沙浮尘平均浓度为43.41mg/m^3,48.15%小于5μm。用X光衍射分析仪和原子吸收分光光度计对浮尘的分析结果表明,各种浮尘的主要矿物为石英,其次为方解石、绿泥石、长石、白云石和云母等,主要元素为Si、Al和Fe,与马无机尘肺组织分析结果一致,因此认为,环境浮尘的长期吸入,会引起尘肺病变。 The mineral concentration and particle size distribution in stable float dusts and sand storm float dusts in Jinta, Anxi and Dunhuang, Gansu, was determined. The concentration ranged from 27.04 to 43.41mg/m3. It was shown that the major minerals in the dusts were quarts, calcite, chlorite, feldspar, dolomite and mite which were mainly composed of silicium, aluminium and iron. These results were as same as those obtained from lung tissues of horses with pneumoconiosis.
