摘要
新疆绵羊进行性肺炎病毒(OPPV)和山羊关节炎脑炎病毒(CAEV)是有致密核心的粒子,在细胞培养中从感染宿主细胞的浆膜上以出芽方式繁殖,在基因组的5’末端及部分3’末端存在双层膜结构的颗粒。成熟的病毒呈球形、椭圆形,直径80～120nm,个别可达140nm。有一层包围内核的壳膜,壳膜由双层脂质内层和糖蛋白外层组成。
By electron microscopic observations, it was found that the OPPV and CAEV are particles with a dense core, which proliferate by means of budding on the cytoplasmic membranes of affected host cells. There are granules with bilaminar membrane at both 5'-ends and partial 3'-ends of the genomes. The mature virions with 80 to 140 nm long diameter and a layer of sheath that consisted of an inner layer of bilaminar lipide and an external layer of glucoprotein, encasing internal core, appear spherical and/or oval.
