摘要
本实验应用蛋白A胶体金免疫电镜技术与IEM、DEM、SPA-SPIEM比较观察了OPP-CMV_(40)-1株和CMV-33AN株。蛋白A胶体金方法所制备的样品在透射电镜下可观察到抗原—抗体复合物形成的抗体桥,在抗体桥上可看到病毒粒子。胶体金通过抗体桥分布在病毒颗粒的周围,胶体金周围还有多量病毒粒子。病毒颗粒呈球形,直径为80~100nm、外有一层囊膜,囊膜上有长约8nm的纤突。
The CMV40-1 and CMV-33AN strains of ovine progressive pneumonia virus were observed fay a protein A-colloidal gold immunoelectron microscopy. Under a transmission electron microscope by amplifying the virus 3.0×105 to 5.0×105 times , the antibody bridge formed by the antigen-antibody complex and virions on it were seen, the virus particles were spherical, their diameters were 80 to 100 nm. There was a layer of envelope on which were about 8 nm long peplomers out the virions.
