摘要
本文采用有限元法、根据连续性、动量和能量守恒方程,建立数学模型,模拟了LDPE 在注塑过程中的平均模腔压力和充模时间。模拟结果已由实验值得到证实。从而为研究在不同工艺参数条件下模具型腔内的压力变化规律提供了理论依据。
Basing on the equations of continuity,momentum balance,and energy ba-lance,the mathematic model of mould filling process was established by de-finite element method.The average pressure and time of filling was simu-lated in injection moulding process of LDPE resin.The simulation results wasproved by the experiment.It provided the theoretical bases for researchingpressure variation rules inside the mould cavity under different technologicalparameters.
