摘要
本文在设计实践的基础上,扼要论述了啮合型同向双螺杆挤出机的两个主要部件——动力传动与分配系统和物料挤压系统的设计思路,提出了设计过程中的几个问题。这些问题或者是设计的关键所在,或者尚待进一步探讨。
In this paper,a train of thoughts on the design of two main componentsof intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder,i.e.power driving and dis-tribution system and materials extruding system,are described summarily.Andseveral problems in the machine design are also mentioned.These problemseither are the key to design or should be perfected further.
