In this paper,the recent developments of polyimide film in United States,Japan and China have been summarized.The processing methods used by someleading companies in the developed countries and property ratings of polyimi-de film were compiled.The technologies of casting,depositing,stretching,spraying were introduced.The market trends and developing situations of po-lyimide film were analysed as well.
