摘要
近几年来 ,随着Internet兴起的新经济体系 ,对中国旅游产业已产生了巨大的影响。本文旨在通过对传统旅游产业组织结构以及旅游实体在线销售必然性的分析 ,运用交易费用经济学理论 。
The recent development of China's information technology has created a great impact on the Chinese Tourism Industry.The main purpose of this study is to explore the potential benefits of online sales of tourism vendors.Such online sales will lead to virtual forward vertical integration of Chinese Tourism Industrial Organisation.This study is based on the theoretical scheme of Transaction Costs Economics.
