摘要
以高科技为基础的知识经济的发展，对我国目前正在进行的科技体制改革提出了更高的要求，也加强了改革的迫切性。而目前，科技体制改革与教育体制改革存在的一个重大问题就是高校面向经济建设如何建立科技成果转化的有效机制，以形成科技、教育与生产体系的高效结合。作者将结合就读的四川大学的科技成果转化情况，谈谈自己对此问题的认识。
Combining the condition of transformation of science & technology productions in Sichuan University where the author studies, this article mainly analyzes the status quos and the prob-lems in the present transformation of science & technology produc-tions of institutions of higher learning, elaborates the author's un-derstanding of this issue, and finally puts forward the countermea-
