摘要
应用猪囊尾蚴头节冰冻切片抗原进行免疫酶染色试验(IEST)。检测已确诊囊虫病人血清88份,阳性率为93.2％;正常人血清60份,阴性符合率为95.0％;其它寄生虫病患者血清80份,交叉反应率为5.0％。重现性试验显示其检测结果稳定,重现性好。试验结果表明,IEST是一种非常敏感、特异、稳定和可靠的血清学诊断方法;且该法操作简便,取得结果快速,检测费用低廉,不需要特殊仪器,特别适合于现场应用。
Frozen section of Cysticercus cellulosae scolex was used as antigen in Immunoenzymatic Staining Test (TEST) for the detection of antibody in sera from patients with cysticercosis. of serum samples from 88 confirmed as cysticercosis cases, 93. 2% showed positive reaction. While in 60 normal sera , the false positive rate was 95. 0% ; and in 80 sera from the cases infected with other parasites, the cross reaction rate was 5. 0%. The repeated tests gave reliable and reprodu cible outcomes. The results indicated that IEST was sensitive, specific, stable and suitable for field use owing to its simpleness , quickness, economy and easiness.
