摘要
本文分析了54例恙虫病的胸部X线改变,主要表现为肺门增大、肺纹理异常、肺野透亮度减低、索条影,各种片状影及胸膜增厚等。重点讨论了X线改变的病理基础、X线表现与临床病程的关系。胸部改变最常见于起病后的第二周,与临床病程相符。并对10例患者血液,作了小白鼠动物实验,5例分离到恙虫病立克次体。
This article reports the X-ray changes of the chest in 54 cases with scrub typhus. They were hilar enlargement, abnormal lung markings, decreased translucenly of the lung field with streaky,and various Patchy shadows and Pleural thickening,etc. The Pathological basis of X-ray manifestations as well as the X-ray Changes relating to clinical stage of disease were discussed. The X-ray changes of chest were rnostlycommon in the second week following onsettof the disease. The radiological findings were consistent with the clinical.stage of disease. The authors succeeded in developing small white rat model by intraperitoneal injection of blood which was from the 10 patients. And the Rickettsia tsutsugamushi were in 5 cases
