旋毛虫感染小鼠血清对L929细胞的毒性作用 被引量:12

摘要 用L929细胞为靶细胞,对旋毛虫感染小鼠血清的细胞毒作用水平进行了测定。结果表明,实验组血清的细胞毒活性均高于正常组,尤其是感染早期(感染后6~15天)更明显(P<0.05)。在小鼠感染旋毛虫后8天,注射内毒素,能诱生较高的肿瘤坏死因子样活性。此活性在注射内毒素后60~90min达高峰,120min消失,经灭活、冻融处理,活性稳定。 The cytotoxicity of the serum of mice infected with T. spiralis against L929 tumor cells was assayed. The activition in the early stage (6- 15days)was much higher than that of the normal control group(P<0. 05). Activity similar to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) could be induced after i. p injection of 10 μg of endotoxin into the animals in 8 days after injection. The activity reached higher level in 60-90 minutes .disappeared in 120 minutes. The cytotoxicity of the serum after being inactivited and frozen thawing was basically stable.
