摘要
土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫结节变种的染色体C带核型表明:在雌性虫体,第1号染色体的短臂可见到一异染色质块。第2号性染色体的Z染色体不易出现C带,而W染色体从着丝点部位向长臂方向恒定的出现一大块异染色质。第3号、5号染色体不是恒定的出现C带。第4号染色体的端着丝粒非常明显。第6号、7号染色体在长臂末端分别可以见到一对异染色质块。在雄性.可清楚地见到2号性染色体为同形性染色体,两条同源染色体都没有异染色质出现。其它染色体的C带同雌性虫体。
C-banded karyotyhes of O. T. T revealed that , of females, a heterochmatin block can be seen in short arm of No. 1 chromosome; a large heterochmatin block appeared from centromere to long arm in W of No. Ⅱ chromosomes , but not in Z of the No. Ⅱ chromosomes; there was not heterochmatin block in No. Ⅲ , and Ⅴ chromosomes; telocentric of No. Ⅳ chromosomes was clear; heterochmatin block in end of long arms of No. Ⅵ. Ⅶchromosomes could also be seen. Neither W nor Z of No. Ⅱ chromoses of males possessed the heteromatin block. This pair was interpreted as the sex chromosomes. Except for No. Ⅱ in males, the other c-bands were equal to thoes of females.
