摘要
对20例成人尸体头面部解剖观测了颊脂体及颊垫的结构、主要血管和神经;面动脉颊支分布于颊脂体下极及颊突的下部,外径为1.0±0.2mm;颊动脉分支分布于颊脂体的中上4/5部,外径1.1±0.2mm;面动脉颊支、颊动脉及其他分布于颊脂体的血管在颊脂体内构成丰富的吻合。并观测了带血管的颊脂体瓣用于转位修复腭瘘、口上颌窦痿、口鼻痿及邻近软组织缺损等的可行性。
The buccal fat body and its blood vessel and nerve were dissected and observed on 20 sides of adult head specimens. The buccal ramus of facial artery was distributed in the inferior part of the buccal fat body and processus; its external diamter was 1.0 ++++++++++ 0. 2mm. The buccal artery was distributed in 4/5 superior of buccal fat body; its external diamter is 1. 1 ++++++++++ 0. 2mm. The buccal artery and buccal ramus of tacial artery hade rich lips in the buccal fat pad. The possibility of displacing and repairing the fistulas of the palate,oroantral,oro - nasal and the defects of the near soft tissue,et al with vascularized buccal pad flap was studied.
