摘要
对麦草碱性亚硫酸钾法制浆特性及其脱木素反应历程和动力学进行了研究。实验结果表明,麦草碱性亚钾-AQ法蒸煮较优工艺条件为:总碱量12%(NaOH计),碱比=0.85,AQ用量0.1%,最高蒸煮温度170℃,液比=1∶6,保温时间120min。在动力学研究中,在反应温度和制浆药液浓度基本恒定的情况下,得出其脱木素动力学表达式。同时研究了其脱木素反应历程。
A study was conducted on the kinetics and the mechanism of alkaline potassium sulfite-anthraquinone pulping of wheat straw. The optimal alkaline potassium sulfite-AQ cooking conditions for wheat straw were:alkali charge 12% (calculated as NaOH), alkali ratio 0. 85, AQ charge 0. 1 %, straw-to-liquor 1 : 6 and 2 hours at 170℃. Reaction temperature and pulping chemicals concentrations were held essentially constant in kinetic experiments. The pulping mechanism was studied and a delignification expression was proposed.
