摘要
对1068例电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的30例并发症进行分析。结果表明,并发症以戳口感染为主(15例);严重并发症包括肝下间隙脓肿(4例),腹腔内出血(4例),肝外胆道捐伤(3例),十二指肠穿孔(1例)等。作者认为,培训稳定的腹腔镜手术班子,正确掌握LC手术指征,不断发展完善LC技术和设备将有利于减少并发症发生。
From Mar. 1993 to Nov. 1995, a total of 1068 patients with cholecystitis were treated by la-paroscopic cholecystectomy. There were 30 cases (2.8%) suffered from postoperative complication including incisional infection (50%), abdominal abscess and abdominal bleeding (13.3%), and other complications accounted for 23. 4 % . Precautionary measures include cultivating professional doctors, grasping indications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy strictly, and updating appliances and techniques of the operation.
