摘要
本实验用免疫组化的方法,选择7种抗体标记物研究了20例血管球瘤的分布表达。结果,18例显示vimentin强阳性反应,16例显示actin阳性反应,15例显示myosin阳性反应,9例显示desmin弱阳性反应,1例显示keratin弱阳性反应;所有病例在A-FⅧ、A-BgA标记中均为阴性反应。本结果提示,血管球瘤细胞具有平滑肌细胞特征,Vimentin标记具有一定特异性。可为血管球瘤的组织发生及鉴别诊断提供依据。
The expression in glomus tumor was studyed using immunohistochemical method with 7 antibody labels. In 20 cases, 18 showed strong reaction with vimentin , 16 showed positive reaction with actin, 15 showed positive reaction with myosin, 9 showed mild positive reaction with desmin,and 1 showed mild positive reaction with keratin. All cases showed negative reaction with A-FⅧ and A-BgA. The results suggested that the glomus tumor cell has the features of smoothmuscle cell,and that vimentin is a label of certain specificity for glomus tumor. These findings would provide evidence to reveal the genesis and be helpful for differential diagnosis of glomus tumor.
