摘要
本文对球罐角变形区应力场进行了有限元分析。对一系列不同半径、不同壁厚和不同角变形量的球罐,尤其是具有角变形的大型球罐进行了计算。一些计算结果和相应的电测值进行了比较,表明有限元计算结果是精确而可靠的。以有限元计算值为依据,给出了一个简单、精确的角变形区最大应力计算式。最后,讨论了角变形测量样板的最佳长度,一米样板最合理。
This paper introduced the finite element analysis on the stress
field in the angle deformation area of the spherical vessel. A spherical
vessels with different radiuses, wall thinknesses, and angle deformations
have been calculated, especially, the huge angle deformated spherical
vessels. Comparing some of the calculated results with measured
stress. The finite element calculatoin is precision and reliable. on
the basis of the finite clement calculation values, we got a simple
precision formula for calculating the maximum stress in the angle
deformation area of the spherical vessel, In the end, we come to the
conclusion that one meter long sample plate is very suitable.
