摘要
本文综述了近年来国内外柑桔冻害与防冻技术的研究成果:①影响柑桔冻害的主要因子是临界低温及持续时间、柑桔品种、嫁接方式等;②柑桔冻害的机理和抗冻生理指标是柑桔的水分状况、细胞体内的可溶性物质的含量、氨基酸和脂肪酸的含量、激素和酶的活性;③柑桔冻害的防御对策是避冻区划、冻害预测、抗冻品种选育和栽培管理技术措施。
This paper summarizes international research achievements of orange freezing Damage and its preventive technology: ①main factors of orange freezing damage; ②mechanism of freezing damage and physiological indix of freeze-resistant about orange; ③control countermeasure of orange freezing damage.
