摘要
本文提出了等效栅法,对Ronchi光栅的光栅成像诸如Lau效应、莫尔效应所产生的条纹进行了分析,并给出了相应的成像条纹周期公式及实验结果。针对前后光栅周期相同、周期不同及交换前后光栅位置后条纹周期的变化,所做的理论分析与实验结果完全一致。
In this paper the equivalent grating method is suggested and used to analyse the Ronchi grating image including Moire and lau effects. The generalized formula calcula- ting the periods of the grating images and experimental results are given. Theoretical ana- lyses are in agreement with experimental reslts.
