摘要
根据黄斜锰矿石泥化严重,并且在机选过程又易产生次生泥化的特性,研究了原矿轻搅拌—分级强磁选的简单工艺流程,所得精矿经烧结后可达二级冶金锰矿石标准,精矿中Ag(原矿80g/t)提高到160g/t。
A simple flowsheet consisted of ore pulp slightly ajitation-classification, and high-intensity magnetic seperation was developed and tested based on the feature of Huangxie manganese ore which is seriously muddy and easily secondary muddled during benffieiation. The concentrate obtained, as undergo sintering, can atlain to class Ⅱ level of metallurgical manganese ore standard. The Ag content in concentrate was raised to 160g/t fron 80g/t in rude ore.
