摘要
本文运用投入产出理论、人力资本投资理论及灰色决策方法建立了道路交通死亡事故的社会经济损失计量模型。根据理论与应用相结合的原则，筛选、确定了道路交通事故死亡人员的社会经济损失计量模型中的投入指标（年龄和教育）。运用本文提出的理论与方法对北京近年来的道路交通死亡事故的社会经济损失状况进行具体的测算，其结果能较客观地反映我国的道路事故死亡人员的社会经济损失的情况。
n this dissertation,the development andcharacteristic of highway traffic in China areanalyzed.In this paper,I try to analyse the in-ternal andexternal methods of social cost analy-sis about highway traffic fatal accident and usethe gray decided method ;investment-productionmethod and labor capital investment method inhighway traffic safety measure firstly.Accordingto the principle method of theory and practiceunited,two measure indexes and standards aredetermined in this dissertation,The social cost ofhighway traffic fatal accident of Beijing in 1992has been calculated.Also.it is estimated aboutthe whole nation.
