摘要
泰宁是碳青霉烯类β-内酰胺类抗生素,具有极广的抗菌谱与很高的抗菌活性,并对β-内酰胺酶非常稳定。本研究以随机对照方法用泰宁肌肉注射剂0.5g,im bid或头孢曲松1.0g,im qd,疗程均为7-14d治疗呼吸道、泌尿道、腹腔及皮肤软组织感染30对,取得了满意的临床及细菌学疗效。两药临床总有效率分别为96.67与93.33%,细菌清除率为96.87与90.91%,不良反应发生率均为6.67%。泰宁组病人注射局部仅感轻微疼痛,头孢曲松组注射部位大多为轻度与中度疼痛。
Tienam(Imipenem / Cilastatin) is a carbapenem β-lactam antibiotic with an ex-tremely broad antibacterial spectrum and high activity and unusual stability to β-lactamases. A ran-domized controlled clinical study on Tienam compared with ceftriaxone was conducted. 60 patients suf-fering from respiratory, genito-urinary, intra-abdominal, skin and soft tissue infections received eitherTienam 0.5% im Q12 h or ceftriaxone 1.0 g im qd for 7-14 days. The overall clinical efficacy rates of themwere 96.67% and 93.33% respectively. The bacterial clearance rates of both groups were 98.81% and 90.91% respectively. Total incidence of adverse drug reactions in both groups were same 6.67%. Patientswho received Tienam intramuscularly only felt mild pain in injection sites, while more severe local pain oc-curred in ceftriaxone group.
