摘要
在40侧成人足底标本、5侧足动脉透明标本和5侧足动脉铸型标本上,用肉眼和5倍放大镜下观察足底内侧神经分支(?)趾趾足底神经及动脉供应。(?)趾趾足底神经平均长14.9cm、横径1.7。神经血供主要来源于足底内侧动脉浅支和(?)趾胫侧趾底固有动脉。足底内侧动脉浅支外径为1.2mm。(?)趾胫侧趾底固有动脉外径1.3cm。(?)趾趾足底神经和供应动脉切取容易,该神经血管外径均能满足显微外科吻接要求,切取此神经血管后对足功能影响极小,是较理想的带血管蒂游离神经移植的供体。
The plantar digital nerve-a branch of medial plantar nerve,and its arterial supply of thegreat toe were observed on 40 sides of adult cadavers 5 transparent specimens and 5 casting speci-ments.On the average,the plantar digtal nerve of great toe is 14.9cm in length and 1.7cm intransverse diameter.The arterial supply comes mainly from the superfacial branch of medialplantar artery and tibial proper plantar digital artery of the great toe.The external diameter ofsuperficial branch of the medial plantar artery is 1.2mm and that of the tibial proper plantar digi-tal artery of the great toe is 1.3mm.The nerve and artery are large enough for anastomosis.
