摘要
作者对冻干保存的鼠疫菌菌落和菌体形态、噬茵特性、生化特性以及对抗菌药物的敏感性等生物学特性进行了试验。结果表明,冻干能长期而稳定地保持鼠疫菌的自然性状,且生化特性和对抗菌药物的敏感性不受影响;对菌体和菌落形态、噬菌体裂解能力绝大多数与冻干前基本一致,仅个别菌株稍有差别。该法仍是目前保存鼠疫菌株的最好方法。
This is a report that characteistics of freeze-diying preserved Yersinia pestis were tested, including colonial morphology, somatic morphology, test of phagocytosis, biochemistry and sensitivity to antibiotics. These results showed that freeze-dzying could stably maintain characters of Y.pestis forever. It couldn't affect biochemical character and sensitivity to antibiotics of Y.pestis. Somatic morphology, colonial morphology and phagocytosis test of freezedried Y. pestis were the same as before, but only a few strains had a bit differences. So this is the best method to preserve Y.pestis.
