摘要
本文介绍了一种家蝇养殖中卵的收集及快速定量装置,即以黑布、泡沫塑料衬底,浸有奶粉、酵母粉混合液的平皿为产卵基质,以有机玻璃吸头为定量工具。该方法具有准确、简便及快速的特点。
A method for eggs collection and quantitative measurement of reared-house fly. A piece of foam covered with black cloth is used asegg-laying medium after they were soaked with liquid food mixture of yeast and dry milk. The little organic glass tube is employed as a tool for eggs measuring.
