摘要
研究了40侧上肢桡神经深支在肘部与周围结构的关系。观测 Frohse 弓的位置、形态、性质、横纵径、厚度、深度及桡神经深支在弓下方的滑移情况,75%桡侧腕短伸肌腱不同程度地加强 Frohse 弓。桡侧返动脉扇形分支与桡神经分支交叉关系复杂。结合国内临床报道总结桡管综合征的潜在基础为引起桡神经深支卡压的 Frohse 弓及加强其压迫作用的桡侧腕短伸肌腱,桡侧返动脉作用同等重要。
The deep branch of radial nerve and its relationship with the surrounding structures were ob-served by autopsy of 20 adult cadavers.The position,shape(width,length and thickness),con-struction and depth of the arcade of Frohse as well as the sliding capacity of the deep branch of ra-dial nerve under the arcade were measured.75% of the Frohse arcades were strengthened by thetendon of extensor carpi radialis brevis.Fan-shaped branches from radial recurrent arterycrossed the radial nreve branches.It was concluded that the potential anatomical bases of radialtunnel syndrome are the compression of the deep branch of radial nerve by the arcade of Frohse,in which the tendon of extensor carpi radialis brevis and the radial recurrent artery also play animportant role.
