500例阻生下颌第三磨牙的形态观察及临床意义

摘要 对500例阻生下颌第三磨牙进行观测,观察到牙根变异较大,牙体全长变异主要由根长变异引起;近中颊沟一般均较清楚,可作为劈开拔牙放凿处,多根牙根分叉位置多数较高(78%),对劈开拔牙有利;在单根牙和融合根的形态中,“U”形根较多(50%),其次为锥形及肥大形;三根以上的牙齿占11%,以近中1根远中2根多见,本文还对牙齿各种形态表现的临床意义进行了讨论。 Five hundred impacted mandibular third molars obtained from outpatients were observed.The length of the tooth largely depends on the length of its root which varise considerably.Themesiobuccal groove is obviors in general,which is in favor of the insertion of a chisel where thetooth needs to be extracted.In 78% of the multirooted cases the tooth becomes divergent at ahigher position,which is also in favour of the extraction of the tooth.U-shaped root occupies alarge percentage among the single and fused roots.The morphologic findings are discussed interms of their clinical importance.
