摘要
解剖并观测30具成人的肌皮神经标本,按自然分束在神经干内分离。肱二头肌支和肱肌支的可分离长度分别为4.4±2.4cm和5.3±2.2cm。但个体差异较大。大多数标本可无损伤或少损伤地分离出独立的神经束组。按自然分束法追溯分离为临床手术区别肌皮神经功能束提供可靠的方法。
The musculocutaneous nerve was dissected and observed on 30 adult cadavericspecimens.According to the natural fascicular divisions of the nerve,branches tobiceps brachii and brachial muscles could be separated in most of the specimensfor a length of 4.4±2.4cm and 5.3±2.2cm respectively with little trauma.The studyshowes that the method would be beneficial to identification of the functionalfasciculi of the musculocutaneous nerve in surgery.
