摘要
用30侧成人下肢标本,对膝关节周围的滑膜囊进行了解剖观测。膝关节周围共有13个滑膜囊,出现率高于90.0%的有:髌上囊、髌下深囊、鹅足囊、半膜肌囊、腘肌囊,半膜肌固有囊,腓肠肌内侧囊和股二头肌腱囊。其中有5个滑膜囊与膝关节腔相通,重点讨论了它们的临床应用问题。
Synovial bursae of the knee joint were observed on 30 lower limbs of adultcadavers.13 synovial bursae were found,among which the suprapatellar,the deepinfrapatellar,the anserine,the semimembranous,the medial gastrocnemius andthe biceps femoris subtendinous bursae were of occurrence rate of more than 90%.Five bursae communicated with the cavity of knee joint.
