摘要
对4个去脑保留小脑幕的颅行 CT 扫描,并在205例强化颅脑 CT 片上观察了不同层面上小脑幕影的表现。为临床 CT 诊断做了更精确的小脑幕影分型(长 Y 型、宽 Y 型、单纯 V 型,双峰型、双抱型、八字型和过渡型),并讨论了小脑幕影分型在非强化 CT 片上定位诊断的意义。还在52例强化和非强化 CT 片上观察了岩床突韧带的结构、毗邻及其与小脑幕的关系。
CT scanning was made on 4 crania with brain removed and tentorium cere-belti reserved.Meanwhile,the tentorial imaging manifestations on different sec-tions were observed on 205 contrast-enhanced cranial CT films.For clinical dia- gnosis a classification of the tentorial imaging was suggested.On another 52 con-trast-enhanced or noncontrast-enhanced CT films the structure of petroclinoid lig-ament and its relationship with the tentorium cerebelli were investigated.
