摘要
观测了8侧正常完整成人下肢的踝关节骨——韧带标本,在踝关节运动时外踝韧带附着点的三维移位,并引入一个三维直角坐标系,建立下踝关节稳定性的力学分析模型,应用元件假设和生物力学理论,分析了踝关节运动时,外踝韧带的相对刚度和踝关节稳定性以及腓骨部分切除后的改变,结果表明腓骨中段切除后外踝韧带的整体相对刚度降低。
On 8 ankle specimens the three-dimensional displacement of insertion of lat-eral ankle ligaments was evaluated with a biomechanical analytical model.Inthe model the lateral ankle ligaments were represented by 5 elements.Strain andrelative stiffness of each element were obtained at all patterns of ankle movem-ent.The results indicate partial fibulectomy may decrease the stability of theankle joint.
