摘要
阴茎因外伤部分断离无法再植或再造,或先天性阴茎过小畸形,可通过切断阴茎系韧带和部分悬韧带行阴茎延长术。阴茎系韧带在阴茎根部宽3.1cm,厚0.4cm,阴茎悬韧带宽0.5cm,厚2.5cm。皮肤、皮下组织和阴茎系、悬韧带的厚度共约5cm,切断这些结构的大部分可使阴茎延长约4cm。
The penis may be lengthened by way of severance of the fundiform ligamentand part of the suspensory ligament.The fundiform ligament is 3.1cm in width and0.4cm in thickness at the root of the organ,and the suspensory ligament,0.5cm and2.5cm.The severanee of the two ligaments and the overlying skin and subcutaneoustissue may lengthen the penis for 4cm.
